This U shaped house wraps around a courtyard and 20'x40' Santa Clara gunite pool. There are five sliding glass doors leading from the main house into the custom landscaped courtyard. Three are from the main hallway, one directly from the Master bedroom, and the other from the guestwing hallway.
A Guest Cottage is situated at the far end of the pool with a 138' brick wall connecting the main house to the Guest Cottage for complete privacy. An outdoor shower with wood fence is attached to the Guest Cottage.
The double front doors open into a huge foyer with a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool area. A long hallway divides the house into its two separate wings. The hallway contains three oversized sliding glass doors overlooking the pool, a vaulted ceiling, and three skylights. A small powder room is located at the end of the hall.
The main living area is gorgeous with a large fireplace across the entire end of the room. At the opposite end, there is an office setup where access to the internet is available. Two large windows overlook the front yard.
This room is currently being used as a formal living room. This can be converted into a formal dining area upon request.
An open breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area.
The master bedroom has a sliding glass door leading into the pool area. It also features a private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. Next to the bed is a coffee bar with refrigerator, sink, and cupboards. A perfect setup for breakfast in bed!
The Master Bathroom has a skylight, oversize Jacuzzi sunken tub, and tile shower.

The first floor of the guesthouse contains a large living area and kitchen. A full bathroom is also located on the first floor.
The second floor of the guesthouse contains a 14' x 27' large bonus room or bedroom and a full bathroom. This room will be provided with a number of beds upon request.
